The Renewal Manager for Startups will support revenue function and customer satisfaction by managing annual customer renewals and subscriptions while collaborating with various internal teams.

  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to managing accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong background in sales, customer success, and renewal management.
  • Proven ability to drive contract renewals.
  • Excellent communication skills over phone and email.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to devise creative solutions for complex situations.
  • Empathy and understanding towards customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
