Overview

Wiz is on a mission to help organizations secure cloud environments that will accelerate their businesses. As a Renewal Manager, you will play a critical role in customer retention and expansion strategy.

In Short

  • Handle the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days in advance of renewal due date
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals tied to retention and growth of existing customer contracts
  • Partner with Customer Success to assess customer health and drive renewal solutions
  • Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals
  • Manage the renewal process for multiple commercial customers
  • Identify and mitigate risks for renewal clients
  • Develop relationships with channel partners for joint opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Deals Desk
  • Recommend and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High collaboration skills in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record of success in achieving renewal quotas
  • Understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
  • Experience in SaaS revenue organizations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, ChurnZero
  • Confidence in navigating customer and partner renewal processes
