Overview

A motivated and detail-oriented Renewals Manager is needed to manage the subscription renewal process, ensuring customer retention and identifying upsell opportunities.

In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to address churn risks.
  • Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed renewal rate and revenue targets.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries impacting renewals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in renewals, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in upselling or negotiating contracts is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
