In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare institutions and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand and communicate the value of AI-based medical tests to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients.
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology preferred.
