Contracts Associate - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Associate will assist in the review, drafting, administration, and management of a variety of company contracts, supporting the legal team to ensure effective and compliant contract administration.

In Short

• Draft, review, and edit a wide range of agreements (e.g., MNDAs, research agreements, service agreements, etc.)
• Administer the contract management process using IronClad
• Communicate with external partners regarding IP and contractual requirements
• Identify contract-related risks and potential roadblocks
• Promote an efficient timeline for contract execution
• Support process improvements and contract management best practices
• Escalate contractual problems to General Counsel as appropriate

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
• 0-1 year of professional experience in contracts administration or legal support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
