In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for software subscriptions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and renewal rates.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, partners, and support teams to ensure seamless renewal experiences across the EMEA region.
  • Analyze renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to renewals.
  • Prepare and present renewal forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years proven experience in renewal management, preferably in the software industry working for a vendor.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English is a requirement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling within a subscription-based model is a plus.
