Overview

The Renewal Manager is accountable for customer retention through the renewal process, managing and closing assigned opportunities within the assigned territory that are up for renewal.

Requirements

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
