In Short

  • Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption of the ArmorCode platform.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
  • Drive product adoption and provide insights into customer progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer data and ensure data hygiene.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive communication.
  • Liaise between product management, engineering, and customers.
  • Drive training initiatives and maintain training records.
  • Support technical implementation tasks for new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Identify risks and build plans to address potential issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Customer Success functions.
  • Experience with SaaS, preferably in a Security Software Company.
  • Experience with Python Scripting and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-on (SSO), OKTA, etc.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
  • CISSP, CISM, OSCP, PMP certifications are a plus.
