Overview

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our corporate team, overseeing the full recruiting lifecycle across various roles within Cybersecurity, Program Management, and IT Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for cleared Intelligence and DoD roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like Clearance Jobs and Indeed.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• Knowledge of federal contracting requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
