  • Provide 1:1 coaching and performance management.
  • Develop processes and insights to grow the team.
  • Manage impactful cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Implement renewal and expansion forecasting cadence.
  • Support direct reports in customer meetings and internal account team meetings.
  • Develop trusted relationships with Sales and Customer Success Leadership.
  • Balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Encourage a revenue mindset within the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams.
  • Proven track record of leading a team responsible for driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and expertise in prioritization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with perseverance.
