Overview

As a Prompt Writer at Apollo.io, you will play a crucial role in building Apollo’s AI Platform & Sales AI Assistant for end-to-end sales workflows. Your primary focus will be on expanding our prompt template library, incorporating GTM best practices into our AI offerings, and creating high quality AI products to surpass our competitors.

In Short

• Develop and guide the vision, strategy, and roadmap for expanding Apollo’s template library.
• Design, analyze, and refine prompts tailored to various sales tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt designs contribute to a unified experience.
• Continuously optimize the prompt generation process.
• Integrate prompt designs into NLP models.
• Evaluate and iterate on prompt designs using data analysis.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI prompts.
• Stay ahead of advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with AI, NLP, and speech recognition applications.
• Proficiency in prompt writing and familiarity with common techniques.
• Domain expertise in GTM or prior sales experience.
• Deep understanding of user behavior and empathy for user needs.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with large language models.
• Background in creative writing or content creation is a plus.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure prompts are error-free.
