Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will focus on understanding our customers’ strategic and tactical goals and working across the Anthology organization to ensure our solutions are best supporting our customers’ realization of those goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years in account management or customer success.
  • Ability to connect with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize client needs.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Higher Education solutions is preferred.
