Overview

SafeBase is seeking an ambitious and experienced Customer Success Manager, Enterprise to join our growing team! You will help our customers reach their business goals, be their point of contact for their onboarding training, resolve product-related needs, ensure revenue growth, retention, and overall successful use of our products.

In Short

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders, focusing on renewals and expansion.
  • Establish regular cadence meetings with customers to align on business objectives.
  • Become a product expert on SafeBase and how the platform can be utilized.
  • Build a deep understanding of the SafeBase platform and engage with customers.
  • Advocate for customers to influence product priorities.
  • Develop and manage success plans for customer growth and retention.
  • Onboard new customers to SafeBase.
  • Deliver ongoing training on features.
  • Assist in providing live chat support for customers.
  • Lead renewal and upsell conversations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success/Account Management.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
  • Eager to learn new products and technologies.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Obsessive attention to detail.
  • Passionate about customer success.
