The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage Enterprise and select Strategic customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their assigned portfolio, focusing on driving meaningful business outcomes across all Ncontracts solutions.

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise & Strategic clients in their post-sales customer journey.
  • Drive business process recommendations to accelerate adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Stay updated on evolving product/service offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, etc.
  • Track customer base and collaborate on growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver Business Reviews effectively.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of SaaS solutions.
  • Understand typical customer outcomes with our solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of named customer’s business and market environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional customers.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customer C-Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to manage competing demands effectively.
  • Team-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proven track record in strategic Customer Success management.
  • Passionate about building a great company and product.
  • Intellectually curious and adaptable.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
