Overview

The Implementation Specialist - GRC is responsible for onboarding clients to governance, risk, and compliance tools, ensuring smooth transitions and effective client service.

In Short

• Lead client transitions to Ncontracts product suite.
• Analyze client needs and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, or similar roles.
• 2 years of implementation, training, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Ncontracts solutions is a plus.
• Experience with project management systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
