Overview

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for executing a go-to-market plan to meet and exceed sales goals, managing the front end of the sales cycle for financial institutions.

In Short

  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Financial Institutions.
  • Develop relationships within financial institutions.
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Manage data for new and prospective customers within CRM.
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums.
  • Provide feedback on improving effectiveness within the BDR role.
  • Proactively learn about Ncontracts products and market knowledge.
  • Use customer challenges to drive engagement.
  • Travel up to 15% for company events.
  • Work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience with lead qualification at all levels.
  • Energy and creativity in a sales environment.
  • Proficient with standard productivity tools.
