Overview

The Customer Success Manager (Enterprise) will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, ensuring customers achieve meaningful outcomes, and expanding their partnership with Bridgit.

In Short

  • Lead the post-sale customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Act as the strategic advisor and advocate for customers’ goals and needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and customer growth.
  • Support a structured onboarding process for long-term success.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within accounts.
  • Facilitate strategic business reviews to highlight impact.
  • Monitor key account metrics and usage trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive renewal strategies and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
  • Deep customer empathy and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using customer data for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
