Overview

We are seeking a Chief Compliance Officer & MLRO to design and lead a world-class compliance function, ensuring the highest standards in customer protection and regulatory engagement.

In Short

• Lead and execute compliance strategy across UK and Australia operations.
• Maintain relationships with FCA, AUSTRAC, and other regulators.
• Act as named MLRO for UK entity, ensuring full AML/CTF compliance.
• Continuously improve compliance and risk frameworks.
• Ensure scalability and tech-enablement of compliance systems.
• Design and update compliance documentation.
• Integrate compliance into customer journeys and operations.
• Monitor changes in regulation and provide actionable guidance.
• Represent ANNA in regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Electronic Money Institutions (EMI).
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
