In Short

• Position: Compliance Officer & MLRO – Greece
• Location: Ebury Athens - Hybrid: 4 days a week office based working, 1 day working from home
• Reports directly to the EEA MLRO.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity and compliance of the country branch.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
• Support the implementation of policies and procedures.
• Assist with training and development programs.
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
• Relevant Compliance/Legal qualifications required.
• Experience in the financial industry is necessary.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience within the financial industry.
• Solid knowledge in regulatory compliance (PSD2, MIFID2, etc.) and AML.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work autonomously and interact with local regulatory bodies.
• Professional certifications or a law/economics degree is a plus.
