• Safeguarding client relationships from financial crime risk
• Performing anti-financial crime checks for corporate clients
• Conducting comprehensive CDD and EDD checks
• Direct client contact and presentation of onboarding requirements
• Identifying red flags and escalating risks as needed
• Making risk-based decisions on client applications
• Managing a personal portfolio of onboarding cases
• Documenting client files in a compliant manner
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Supporting team management responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluency in French or Flemish/Dutch and strong English skills
• 2-3 years of experience in CDD and EDD with corporate clients
• Advanced knowledge of financial crime typologies
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Curious and engaged in self-learning
• Experience in financial services is a plus
