We're scaling rapidly and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us drive our growth by creating new business opportunities for our sales team.

In Short

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate meetings and pipeline through outreach to inbound leads and marketing-qualified signals.
  • Create and deliver personalized messaging to prospects that resonates with their challenges and highlights the value of Amper's solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize outreach strategies, improve messaging relevance, and enhance prospecting efficiency.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure high-quality handoffs, supporting them in targeting key accounts and aligning on sales strategies.
  • Engage with and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for further discussions with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, such as HubSpot, ensuring that all prospect interactions are logged and updated regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices in sales development, and new technologies, especially AI-driven tools, that can improve your outreach.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of success in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales development role, in a SaaS or technology environment, preferably working with prospects in the manufacturing or related industrial sector.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads and track activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create relevant, personalized outreach.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their use in a sales context is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of the manufacturing sector or interest in learning about the industry is a plus.
