Risk and Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Manager: Risk and Compliance will provide enterprise-wide oversight of ALU’s operational integrity, ensuring governance and compliance at all levels while leading the development and refinement of systems and frameworks.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in risk management, ethics/compliance, or internal audit.
• 3 years in a senior role with governance exposure.
• Experience in designing compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO and regulatory audits.
• Experience in multi-country or fast-scaling environments.
