Overview

Bluesight is seeking an IT Compliance and Risk Manager to oversee risk management and ensure compliance in protecting sensitive healthcare data and securing cloud infrastructure.

In Short

• Perform compliance monitoring, analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee and complete security audits.
• Lead SOC2 Type 2 renewal certification.
• Develop and manage the Bluesight Security Program.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of cloud-based systems.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of information security experience.
• 10 years of IT compliance experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Strong management and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare technology preferred.
• Industry certifications like AWS Certified Security Specialty preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional writing capabilities on security controls.
• Ability to articulate risk mitigation strategies.
