Overview

The Risk & Compliance Manager at JLL is responsible for creating and maintaining policies and procedures that ensure a safe workplace while managing compliance with statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in Risk & Compliance, Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and commercial acumen.
• Proven experience managing compliance programs.
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Ability to represent JLL with key stakeholders.
• Proactive and engaging approach to work.
• Experience in retail portfolios or critical environments.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to various client needs and environments.
