Overview

The Risk Manager will be a strategic partner propelling Endeavour forward, acting as the key risk advisor for various business areas and collaborating with Executive Leadership to foster a robust risk and compliance culture.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in risk, compliance or assurance roles.
• 10 years of operational management experience in retail/customer-facing roles.
• Technical knowledge of risk management fundamentals.
• Experience preparing internal reports for senior management.
• Tertiary qualification in business/commerce or relevant discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferable.
