Overview

The African Leadership University (ALU) is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to architect and enhance its digital ecosystem, primarily leveraging Salesforce, while also integrating with other enterprise systems.

• Lead the architecture and development of ALU’s Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• 9+ years in Salesforce platform engineering or technical leadership.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Full-stack development experience at a senior level.
• Strong experience with enterprise system integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce data models and security.
• Experience with API design and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in managing secure development environments.
• Strong grasp of software architecture principles.
• Experience working with external vendors.
