  • 3+ years in sales operations or related RevOps role.
  • 1+ years in business travel or corporate housing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving improvements.
  • Experience in a high-growth, scale-up environment.
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills in forecasting and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to think strategically.
