Director of Network Development (Strategic Markets) - Remote

Overview

The Director, Network Development is responsible for driving Aledade’s growth in a defined region/market by building relationships with independent primary care practices and local partners to establish and expand Aledade’s network.

In Short

• Engage with prospective practices to secure commitment for value-based care contracts.
• Negotiate participation agreements using Salesforce CRM/Conga/DocuSign.
• Coordinate with field teams to generate referrals and support network development.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads.
• Mentor Network Development Leads and other team members.
• Achieve annual growth targets within assigned regions or markets.
• Utilize data to inform decisions and evaluate success.
• Foster relationships across internal organizations.
• Travel requirement of up to 100%.
• Support market planning and strategic deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth environments.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
