In Short

  • Responsible for network development and management in an assigned geographic area.
  • Oversee overall network performance, including MLR and Stars.
  • Develop action plans to improve network performance.
  • Maintain relationships and provider relations activities.
  • Negotiate contracts with various provider types.
  • Monitor compliance requirements and reporting.
  • Lead a network team to achieve objectives.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in provider contract negotiation.
  • Provider servicing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
  • Attention to detail and big picture thinking.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
