Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in fundraising or development.
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to communicate compelling stories.
• Proven track record of meeting fundraising goals.
• Strong understanding of trends in philanthropy and nonprofit funding.
• Expertise in grant writing and proposal development.
• Experience managing corporate and foundation partnerships.
• Ability to build and manage a funder pipeline.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Airtable).
• Familiarity with metrics for assessing fundraising performance.
• Comfort with public speaking and representing the organization.
