Overview

The Senior Lead, Professional Learning will be responsible for the vision and production of AI Readiness Professional Learning for educators, ensuring all students are prepared to thrive in a world where AI is ubiquitous.

In Short

• Full-time position with some travel required (~1 time a month).
• Facilitation of virtual and in-person learning sessions.
• Establish quality standards for AI Readiness professional learning materials.
• Collaborate with various teams to design and implement professional learning.
• Manage partnerships for professional learning efforts.
• Develop engaging and practical learning materials.
• Track impact metrics for professional learning initiatives.
• Innovate the use of AI in educational contexts.
• 10+ years of experience in teaching or coaching educators required.
• Expertise in AI tools and best practices in adult learning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in education, preferably in leadership roles.
• Expertise in AI Readiness and fluency with AI tools.
• Strong track record of learning gains for students and adults.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and practices.
• Experience in designing asynchronous and synchronous learning experiences.
• Agility in using multiple technologies (Google Suite, Canva, Slack, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to apply feedback effectively.
