Overview

The Senior Learning Design Professional uses instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to determine the appropriate solution to a knowledge or performance gap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in learning design.
• Proficiency in Articulate, Vyond, and other authoring tools.
• Experience with Adobe multimedia and LMS platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Team player with problem-solving skills.
