Overview

The Senior Learning Designer creates strategic, high-impact learning experiences that drive performance and support Angi’s evolving business needs. This role brings advanced instructional design expertise, project leadership, and mentorship capabilities to elevate the quality and efficiency of Angi’s learning programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Proven track record of designing scalable learning solutions.
• Deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
• Proficiency with learning technologies and authoring tools.
• Experience mentoring and upskilling designers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
