Senior Learning Experience Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Learning Experience Designer to build and enhance learning programs that drive growth and engagement within our Revenue team.

In Short

• Design innovative, blended learning experiences for the sales team.
• Translate subject matter expertise into engaging learning experiences.
• Build and execute learning strategies for sales enablement initiatives.
• Prototype and iterate on design based on user testing and feedback.
• Develop learning approaches tailored to StackAdapt’s culture and needs.
• Apply trends in learning design and sales enablement to growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
• Advocate for the best user experience in learning programs.
• Mentor junior team members and assess business learning gaps.
• Embrace changes in client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in Learning & Development project management.
• 10 years of experience in digital and virtual learning design.
• Experience with LMS and authoring tools.
• Experience designing programs for Sales teams.
• Knowledge of LMS, CRM & CMS systems.
• Experience in creating empathic learning programs.
• Knowledge of DEI principles in learning curriculum.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Understanding of business drivers and training needs.
