Requirements

• 5+ years experience in instructional design or technical training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Captivate.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
