Learning Designer - Remote

Overview

A learning designer designs content and experiences to empower apprentices to develop the core skills required to be successful in their job.

In Short

• Design blended curriculum that encompasses live and asynchronous learning modalities
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure content is industry-aligned
• Use learner and client trends data to drive effective design decisions
• Create supplemental materials to effectively onboard coaches to support learning experiences
• Apply Multiverse’s applied learning approach (MAGE) to all our content
• Make effective design decisions to use multiple modes of delivering content for each stage in the program
• Apply learning theory and learning technology trends as directed
• Apply Multiverse standards for quality and consistency

Requirements

• Deep experience in applying the end-to-end ADDIE process to high-level curriculum design + instructional/learning design.
• Experience designing and developing industry-relevant curricula that leverages applied and active learning principles.
• Experience applying strong backward design principles to create measurable learning outcomes and aligned formative and summative assessments
• Communicate effectively and can have productive conversations with peers and senior stakeholders leading to curriculum enhancements
