Overview

As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in visualizing concepts and supporting policies to deliver an exceptional customer support experience for our riders and drivers.

• Manage the end-to-end design and development of a learning solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
• Experience with generative AI applications.
• Proficiency in LMS environments and eLearning tools.
• Project management skills, Agile SCRUM preferred.
• Experience in designing virtual or e-learning courses.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in building effective learning experiences.
