Practice Support Analyst - Application Support - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will provide technical assistance to the Aledade App users (internal and external users), serving as the frontline assistance via chat, triaging new tickets, and troubleshooting known issues with predefined steps.

• Assist users via chat to solve technical problems with predefined steps.
• Triage incomplete tickets.
• Perform troubleshooting technical issues received via tickets.
• Execute sub-tasks of projects under supervision.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in troubleshooting Application issues in healthcare settings.
• Basic competency in HL7 SIU, ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA.
• Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem solving, and customer service skills.
• Team player with ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Associate Degree required.

Requirements
