Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience in Level 2/3 application support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem management and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Logical thinker with a passion for technology.
• Experience in local government preferred.
• Track record of building stakeholder relationships.
