Overview

The Application Support Analyst will be part of the Application Support Team, focusing on maintaining application stability and addressing client/user requests. This role is crucial for ensuring a world-class support experience for clients using the low-code platform in financial markets.

Requirements

• Experience with Prometheus and Data Dog.
• Ability to work in a shift rota covering 13:00 – 22:00 EST.
• Weekend cover as part of the rota.
