Overview

As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will develop and drive the execution of our enablement programs and initiatives for the Growth Sales Team, focusing on training, sales collateral optimization, and measuring the impact of these initiatives.

  • Utilize technology to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
  • Facilitate communication between sales and other departments.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Required.
  • 6+ years experience in Sales, Enablement, or Operations.
  • Proven track record in creating effective sales training content.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to measure program effectiveness.
  • Strong instructional design skills.
  • Familiarity with Value Based Care.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically up to 10%.
