As Aledade's Lead of Operations Excellence, you'll spearhead transformative process improvement initiatives that directly impact our payer operations landscape, identifying breakthrough opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and elevate performance standards across multiple operational functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Six Sigma certification or must complete within first 6 months.
• 5+ years experience in payer or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with data management systems.
• Expertise in process mapping and workflow optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic work with operational support.
