Product Strategy Lead (Product + Analytics) - Remote

Overview

This individual will be responsible for supporting our broader product team in developing and enabling our product roadmap by deriving insights from internal analytics and the external digital health landscape.

• Derive insights from internal analytics and digital health landscape.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Analytics.
• Define and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify changes to current processes to improve workflows.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects efficiently.
• Utilize data analysis to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work with individuals at all levels.
• Highly efficient in managing multiple diverse tasks.
• Master’s degree or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in software development or digital product development preferred.
• Exposure to digital health and value-based care preferred.
• Track record of using data to support business strategy.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards a vision.
