Overview

As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll transform how primary care practices learn and thrive within Aledade's network by crafting innovative, research-backed learning experiences that drive real change.

In Short

• Support the Customer Success team by designing engaging content for technology adoption and value-based care workflows.
• Create programs using proven adult learning methodologies to enhance knowledge retention and behavior change.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze training needs and determine learning objectives.
• Design scalable learning across multiple formats including virtual sessions, on-demand modules, and gamified experiences.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning science principles to create cohesive learning paths.
• Define success metrics for engagement and effectiveness, developing relevant assessments.
• Lead projects independently, managing timelines and advocating for high-quality deliverables.
• 5+ years of experience in designing learning solutions in innovative industries.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum design, or related field preferred.
• Experience in corporate technology/SaaS, healthcare technology, or edtech.
• Ability to leverage metadata and enhance content discoverability.
• Experience designing for diverse delivery environments.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360.
