Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will elevate Aledade’s brand and market presence with experiential events by creating memorable experiences for our independent primary care and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) partners.

In Short

• Lead Experiential Strategy: Design and manage experiential events to enhance brand affinity.
• Develop Market-Specific Campaigns: Create localized campaigns tailored to each market.
• Partner Cross-functionally: Collaborate with Network Development Leadership on account-based marketing strategies.
• Market Engagement & Lead Generation: Build relationships with key opinion leaders and medical societies.
• Analytics, Reporting & Process: Measure field marketing impact and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in field marketing or experiential marketing.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 35%).
• 2+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably Hubspot.
