Area Sales Manager - Florida - Remote

Overview

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) serves within the Sales organization reporting directly to their assigned Area Sales Director. The ASM is responsible for sales and customer support in their assigned territory. In the performance of their duties, the AM will be responsible for meeting assigned territory sales objectives, developing relationships with physician customers and hospital personnel, and supporting the region as needed to ensure growth goals are achieved.

In Short

• Works closely with the Area Sales Director to identify and evaluate market opportunities.
• Develops and implements sales strategies and tactics.
• Completes a thorough analysis of the territory and identifies key target accounts.
• Collaborates with the Area Sales Director on contracts and pricing.
• Implements and executes launch strategies for products.
• Maintains clinical and technical expertise through training and workshops.
• Prepares and submits reports to sales management.
• Complies with all company and hospital guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Healthcare Degree.
• Five or more years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Proficiency using CRM tools, Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must complete credentialing requirements for hospitals.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must pass standard pre-employment screens.
