Overview

The Director, Builder Programs will develop strategies and sales initiatives to grow Alarm.com’s penetration into the residential new construction market, managing relationships with builder partners and optimizing sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a builder-facing sales role.
• Experience with Alarm.com software preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with independent operation ability.
• Strong people skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
