Overview

The Head of Key Account Management will lead partner success and growth strategy across Europe & CIS, overseeing a portfolio of strategic B2B and B2B2C partners to ensure retention and growth.

In Short

  • Lead account management strategy for key partners across Europe & CIS.
  • Build trusted relationships with strategic partners.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across product lines.
  • Serve as a senior contact for priority accounts.
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Proactively manage partner performance using data and KPIs.
  • Ensure contracts and partner communications are tracked professionally.
  • Contribute to scalable processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in account management or business development roles.
  • Experience in travel or telecom industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to narrate compelling stories to partners.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
