Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services or technical consulting.
• Recent experience as a technical leader or programmer.
• Proven ability to build and scale global teams.
• Deep understanding of SaaS integrations and B2B deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise software ecosystems.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
• Experience in utilities or regulated environments is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
