Overview

The Principal, Client Success is a strategic leader responsible for driving client success and maximizing the utilization of the company’s solutions in the post-sales phase.

In Short

  • Manage high-value clients and drive new implementations.
  • Develop client level program refinements to increase utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Monitor and report on client success metrics.
  • Proactively address challenges to product adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 8+ years in client success or strategic account management.
  • Experience in automotive or comparable industries.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
